Peyton's Tea Party

Photographing children is so much fun. Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing Peyton. We originally planned to shoot outdoors, but with the downpour, we just moved the session indoors. Peyton was a treat to work with, and I can hardly wait for her next tea party with mint tea and strawberry cupcakes.

The key (at least this works for me): engage the child in conversation about their favorite things and they will talk, laugh and smile very naturally. Then you will be able to get some great shots.

She is just too, too cute! I am so glad I found your site. I saw your photowalk pics (I did the photowalk here in Savannah) on Flickr and followed you to here - love seeing your work!

Thanks for the comments everyone! Her mom had a hard time selecting her favorites.

@Monique, thanks for stopping by. Your walk in Savannah must have been as hot as mine. :)
